PT Telkomsel Claims 17 million New Subs

PT Telkomsel, Indonesia's largest mobile operator, said its subscriber base increased by 26% to 82 million during 2009, according to Dow Jones Newswires. In 2010, the operator's CEO said he expects to add 18 million new subscribers and spend 13 trillion Indonesian rupiah (1.42 billion US dollars) on capex. source: Dow Jones/Total Telecom
